Hill's canned dog food — elevated vitamin D

Hill's Pet Nutrition voluntarily recalled 33 lots of canned dog food after identifying vitamin D levels that could cause hypervitaminosis D in dogs. Recall was expanded in March 2019 to cover additional lots produced at the same facility.
