Midwestern Pet Foods recalled certain lots of Sportmix dog and cat food produced at its Monett, Missouri plant after FDA testing detected aflatoxin levels above the regulatory tolerance. One of the largest pet-food recalls in US history. Expanded multiple times through March 2021 to cover additional brands and lots.
